Well here's a money saving tip. There is actually a food ministry supplying healthy food to families. There are no qualifications. All you need to do is go to the website and view the monthly menu choices, make a choice, find a location to pick up your order and then pick it up.
I have not tried the angel food products, but they seem to be decent food products.
This is especially nice for seniors on a fixed income, because the cost is good and the food is good as well.

Like I said there are no qualifications; any income can order from the Angel Food Ministry. You may want to try it out or you may have someone else it would benefit.
Or you can also make a donation for a family in need.
