Abs

At my last meeting with my trainer she said she is working to get my waist tight- she wants it looking real small and since I'm small boned it will look tiny..............OK.............me too!  LOL

I guess when I'm at home my homework will be to think more about eating to keep it flat.

Yes there are about 12 items in the Flat Ab Diet Book for women-


remember ABS DIET POWER
Almonds and other nuts

Beans and legumes

Spinach and other green vegetables


Dairy (fat-free or low-fat milk, yogurt, cheese)

Instant oatmeal (unsweetened, unflavored)

Eggs

Turkey and other lean meats


Peanut butter

Olive oil

Whole-grain breads and cereals

Extra-protein (whey) powder

Raspberries and other berries

Eat up!



Yeah CARDIO IS A MUST
