Blueberry Protein Pancakes
Mix one scoop natural whey protein isolate with 5 egg whites until combined. Add half cup rolled oats, 1 teaspoon cinnamon and 2 teaspoons of sugar. When thoroughly mixed, add in 10 fresh blueberries. Pour batter in a pre-heated pan and flip when golden brown around the edges. Makes 2 pancakes.
