So how is my diet going? Yesterday was weigh in and........I lost 1.5lbs. The ediets was hard because I didn't really look at the menu and there was a lot of prepping. So I have now gone through and choose a lot of the same meals and repeated them. I'm doing the GI diet on ediets which is good for me. I have been bad about the exercising; it's just so busy right now.
My weekend was really good Friday was just a night at home. Saturday was out of town for wedding shoes which were too big and had to go back. Sunday breakfast with Lucas' Aunt and her family, church, and then to a flea market. It was a great day to have ice cream and walk around the flea market. Thursday I picked up an example of what my centerpieces will look like based on what I told my florist. I did this because I always have great thoughts (so I think) but others don't get it. What I'm really saying is that I'm horrible at getting my ideas across and I am a very visual person who needs to see and touch things. I wanted our centerpieces to be more modern looking and I also considered the table numbering. I had seen other weddings where they don't use numbers for the tables so I'm going to try and do something like that. The colors I'm working with are off white and green; which I love right now. I am going to try and do something with a chocolate runner or table cloth.

I also am given a fitness plan which I haven't done yet today. Yesterday I did do the cardio; today I'm scheduled to do cardio and resistance. On the site you actually get the exact exercise and a little animated chick to do the exercises for you.
My start weight is 115 and my goal is 105. That doesn't seem like a lot but when you are 4'11 5-10lbs is a big deal.
This is my fitness inspiration. I love Jen's bod and Vince he's just adorable and funny.
