You won't believe your eyes.....I guess this is what IBS looks like

Ok when I said I didn't feel good the other morning this is what my stomach looked like by the end of the night:
The next morning:

How cruel to look pregnant at a time I wish I was pregnant. I'm over crying about it I have to do something.

I did get my blood work back (check cholesterol) and my cholesterol is GREAT! GOOD NEWS

I guess I haven't been eating that bad- I'm happy!

I must start cleaning up my eating even more. I will start next week because this weekend (which in the 4th in a row I've backed a suitcase) I'm on the road.

I've been looking into Colon Therapy and Meditation Schools in the Catskill Mountains. The eating part will be fairly easy for me because in the past I have done food combining and detox programs.

I want her to teach me how to be silent

I want him to feed me salad

I want to feel GOOD! Peace out!

I'm an AUNT again!

My baby brother and his wife had their 4th! Isn't he cute?

Today I went to the doctor insisting that maybe there is something in my stomach making it stick out. Yeah I know- Why would I do that? I just never had a gut (well maybe during that chubby stage growing up). Some days it's so far out I look pregnant! I know I keep talking about this but it is so strange to me.

She asked me to undo my pants and she would feel my stomach for something...............she grabbed me and said "this is all you". LOL
It's confirmed the 19lbs I gained since being married is FAT! There's no little boulder growing in there!
She suggested I do low carbs, South Beach or The Zone. I still have stomach problems but I am sure it's just my eating. I'm now reading CLEAN and so far it's a very good book.

I am still jogging every day- So that's good.

What's been going on?!?

Friday Class trip to compete at Kutztown University!

Lucas' chorus class came in 1st place and scored an Excellent- they were 1 point away from a Superior. They sang beautifully! I love listening to them again.
The girl on the left is my fav; I think Lucas should go out with her when he's 24. O.K. so they already dated and he said she's too emotional...LOL

So after the competitions the kids were headed to Dorney Park; where it rained all day long! I also went to the park and it wasn't too fun for me, because I was dieting and brought all my own meals. :( So NO fries, funnel cake, or Cinnabon!

This is one of Lucas'

This is Lucas' closest friend at his new school
Saturday- I had a bad headache, but was determined to get to a Farmer's Market! On the way I had to stop for ChickenBBQ- one of my favorite things of summer! Dinner for later!

O.k. so I'm going to the closest Market- I am new to this market so I just went with it. Yeah
O.K. so I driving down this beautiful road- even took a picture. Seen some walkers - some old guy was staring at me. So much so he actually turned around 360 to watch me pass. I said to Lucas - "what's his problem?"

Well I was driving my car on a walker trail. I came to a spot that I had to question - "Is this right?" and then I pulled over my a park cop. I was so embarrassed! You can see below I was even taking pictures while driving illegal.
So after I was cleared and my license was clean I was let go. The Farmer's Market was ok. I ended up getting some pork chops from a farmer who claimed he raised Happy Hogs! I don't like picturing my dinner walking freely right before.....

I also purchased some lettuce! It was so good!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The last time I had fresh farmer pork was when a friend's husband purchased a pig for many meals. I don't know, but it was a little different and I sort of turned myself off. But this farmer had really nice and neat cuts and they were frozen. I ended up making stuffed pork chops for Rob and just plain chops for Lucas. The both of them ate them. I really wanted to try them, but my diet said NO.
Here are the chops I got ready to stuff. The recipe was the easy one with breadcrumbs and cream of mushroom soup. I like it a lot.
Here's what the cuts looked like:

Here's Lucas' little chops - He's so fussy so I had to make sure they looked normal. I had to cut the fat off before serving!

Lucas and I went to the movies Saturday night and I was so excited to see 2 of my favorites were in movies to come out soon!
Funny people
Adam Sandler
Fell in love with him in this:

Year OneMichael CeraFell in love with him in this:
Funny guys are the best! I would take funny over hot one any day!

Karl and I got some new diggs?
Well I bought this dress from Chadwicks in black! I was looking for a dress similar to the one my sista wore on my bday trip. This dress is awesome if you are looking for a simple, comfortable black dress. I ordered down a size to a 2 petite. I normally now wear a 5!
Buy this Buy this!!!!!!!!!
Best pic I have in it:
And Karl got a new tie for work!
Sunday I went to church alone b/c Lucas didn't feel well and by 4pm he had a fever and was down till Tuesday!
Here's me and Karl lounging on Monday after a sleepless night Sunday.

I'm working on getting my front porch area fixed up- I bought this cute rug at Target. I really really like it!

Weight Loss Update................I'm down to 122 from 126! Finally my stomach has gone down. I just have to lose weight. Now that my stomach has gone down I mentally feel better and lighter. Exercising is now easier.
I lost some time due to Lucas being sick but I'm going to the Y in the am with MOM. Having someone to wait on you to go to the gym really puts the pressure on!
I love these two things!
I haven't felt this good in a long time! I am doing great with my stomach. I am just ending a diet called fat loss4 idiots. Say what ya will, but it felt good. I'm thinking white stuff like flour and sugar make me blow-up. This diet had like no bread or sugar. I'm also ready Skinny Bitch again and it's good. Fatloss4idiots is low carb diet where you pick the food you like and it spits out a daily menu (11days) of 4 meals a day. Sometimes I just need to be told exactly what to eat. You can also follow this diet while eating organic or whole foods because you pick the food.
I'm really enjoying my coffee table book from mom!

What Real Housewive are YOU?

Well based on clothing I'd be Caroline seeing we have the same taste in dresses-

Remember the dress I wanted for my rehearsal dinner

My favorite is Teresa. I just love her little girls and I kinda like her husband. Teresa seems like a real nut, but she makes me laugh.

I also like Jacqueline.

I don't like Caroline, Dina or Danielle; they annoy me.

I'm obsessed with eyebrows lately. I'm not sure why, but here are some I like.......
These are my favorite

Well I'm off my medication and feel pretty good. I've been really trying not to stress so much and do a lot of that left nostril breathing. I also started taking magnesium and fish oil. They make a great peach flavored fish oil- YUM. I feel good.
The other night when at my house Rob came across an old pair of my shorts. So cute so little. Rob said if I fit into them again he'll buy me a diamond ring! How sweet is that? Talk about motivation. I don't know maybe he thinks I'll never do or else he really wants me to do it. He's not the type to go out and shop for a ring like that.

My doctor has sent out my blood test results so we'll see. I really wish I knew what was wrong with me.

I think I'll start weighing in every Tuesday! I'll die if I don't get that ring! LOL
Today I'm 125
Changing up my blog was harder than I thought. I did have a fancy background but then it seemed harder to read. So what you see is what I decided on. My dear sister-in-law sent me the website House of 3 where I purchase my header thingy.
Thanks BECKY

Relief!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Finally I'm on medication for my IBS? If that is what I have. I am taking Amitiza. It seems to be helping so far and I'm much happier.

It was rough not feeling well. I feel so much better. I actually don't mind leaving the house. I hope it continues to work for me. I spent so much time not feeling well I never want to go back to that. It stinks when you don't want to leave your house. VERY depressing. I was starting to feel crazy and my family looked scared of me.

I started reading 2 books at the same time. I get really bored with books so I sometimes have to read 2 at a time. The 1st one IBS is really good if you suffer from IBS, but yes it can get you sleepy.

Show it Love is a typical LOVE yourself book! It is great for Women. I LOVE how she reminds us when we complain about our legs and stomach how important they are to us! So simple- Our legs get us through the whole day with little or no complaint and all we (I) do is bitch about them? RUDE! This book is so good I will pass it on to my mother. My mother has been working out at Curves and I am so proud of her and this book will tell her so. She also makes a point to let women know it good to start exercising at any age. The exercises and stretches are good and make you feel strong.

As you can see on this pic of the book it says KINDLE edition. Being behind the reading times, I had no idea what it was until I read this article:(Reading is the new TEXTING- Great because I've had it with TEXTING- and I don't even TEXT!)

A couple of these books mentioned in this article sound interesting.

Oh a Kindle- that little device pictured has the whole book in it. You can buy different books and read them on your KINDLE. I'm so behind the times!

Still there is something really cool about sitting and reading a book-
especially is some dude it going you hair...lol

Lucas and I had started a tradition of going to see the Harlem Globetrotters a few years ago, and this year we had great seats! I love seeing that show. I know it's almost the same every year, but Lucas and I really enjoy basketball. They have some sweet tricks.

I have been crocheting a little and here is my latest scarf. I seen this shirt at Walmart and had to get to match the scarf. It's a little girl scarf.

I LOVE this cute little baby beanie I did:

And here is Rob's latest Project:

I call him AMEN BORNAGAIN! It's a 1950-53 remake/rebuild (I don't know what guys call it) Anyways Rob gathered up a bunch of parts and made a truck. Can't accuse him of not recycling.

OH and I found YELLOW shoes/sandals! I'll have to post those next time. My Awesome sister-in-law tipped me off on where to find them.

I also can't wait to post what my mother-in-law surprised me with. I'm so lucky!
