It's been so crazy with trying to eat right and workout I don't get on my blog enough.

I do get to check out Pinterest every so often and I just LOVE IT!

I've gotten to the gym everyday this week and my eating isn't too bad either. I haven't had a soda in over 2 weeks and also no coffee. Met some girls at the gym to work out and meet up for weigh-ins. I'm the oldest one though- weird. They are 20s, 30 and I'm bringing up the rear for the 40s- Wish me luck!

And my favorite part of the gym is Rob being my trainer- I had great workouts thanks to him.

Oh and I went back to Pilates and got a friend to do Zumba with me on Saturday.

Detox ends Valentines Day! Then it's on to "after Detox" eating. The girls at the gym are doing a 6 meal a day program- I'm gonna get on that.

Well the detox/purification is hard and sometimes I slip up, but having my mom doing it with me is fun. She has lost weight- but that's not her goal so she will have to go on to eating more foods. She already eats pretty healthy so that's good for her.

One of the best parts of doing a detox with my mom is that she drinks all kinds of smoothies. Well she's been making the Pina Colada Smoothie and it's actually good with not a lot of ingredients.

1/2 Cup of water
1 Cup Pineapple
A Handful of Coconut (or a half a handful if you got big hands)
4 to 5 Ice Cubes

Blend it up

We add our purification and fiber powder
You can probably add some banana too....just thinking

It's Friday and tomorrow I have a lot of running around to do.....I'm hoping to get to the gym in the morning to try a new class. I started at the new gym with Rob and it's a lot of fun going with Rob. They had a resolution board up at the gym where you put your goals with your name and phone number and then you can hook up with people with similar goals. Well someone called me to maybe meet up for a workout- how nice.

I really really want to get going on losing this weight!!!
I really love this workout bag- I'm debating on getting with my Christmas money.

I had a baby last night

in my dreams...........gee if you didn't know you might actually think wow- great-and then the let down- if you know me you know that couldn't be.

I have been doing my detox and feeling pretty crappy and last night I couldn't sleep well because of a bad back ache. I finally did get some sleep and I had a really happy/sad dream.

Here's my dream:

I was having a baby and the doctor was well a bag boy/guy (older gentleman) from our grocery store- who in all honestly would make a good looking doctor. Anyway here's how it went

I had the baby and and I could hear it crying and then he gave the baby over to me. Well it was a girl and she was so beautiful; she was chubby with brown eyes and straight black hair. She was so cute and fresh like newborns when you first get to hold them. I looked her all over to see she was real and OK, she had a couple of scratches from the delivery and I was a bit mad at the doctor for that, but I was SO happy. I remember being shocked and then thinking "I have a baby girl, I was just looking at all these cute girl clothes and now I have a baby girl". I remember thinking it's like a dream come true. I was so excited and extremely happy I wanted to take a picture of her and send it to everyone, because I knew they wouldn't believe it- I had a little girl. I thought I better not because Rob will kill me, he hasn't even seen her yet. So I didn't take the picture. I then remembered we would have to name her and I had wanted so bad to name a baby girl Theresa Paulina. I then remember sitting there with her waiting to leave and she had the cutest little brown jacket on and a little baby size yellow scarf. She started to fuss so I gave her a bottle and I was worried that I didn't have it at the right temperature. I gave it to her and she would drink a little then play with it and there were little children around and they thought she was so cute. I thought to myself - she is so cute and already has such a cute personality. I can't say enough how extremely happy I was it was amazing.

and as I look at this picture it looks like me when I was a baby

And then I woke up....it took me a second to realize I was waking up from a dream. I hadn't slept so hard in a dream in a long time.

I went to the bathroom and cried, went to bed and cried some more. It was like torture. I hadn't said much about the whole baby thing because I know Rob struggles with it, but I had a bit of a meltdown that morning. I was sad/mad crying about how cute she was and why would I have a dream like that.

I'm so blessed to have my baby boy- Some never get the chance to have a baby at all.

I don't know why I had that dream. Maybe because the one night I came across an old notebook where I had written girls names in it. Or maybe because Rob and I have to come to terms with our situation concerning a baby.
I had a birthday party for Rob and it was so much fun to have all our friends and family there and after wards he said something to me that made me cry. He said that he had so much fun and that he has such wonderful family and friends that maybe he can start letting go of the child thing. I want him to feel good about our blessings what ever they may be. He is a wonderful dad to Lucas- which is proof that being a parent sometimes has nothing to do with your eggs or sperm.

Going through not being able to have a child carries the same phases as suffering a death. Rob goes through up and downs with it and I think my mind was just sorting things out while I sleep.

I wrote this post a bit ago- and just decided I could post it.

Cancer does Suck!

But at least we get stronger with each and every challenge it puts on us!

I know I tend to complain about our house and how we are ready to explode right outta there, but a lot goes on in this little house and it's all good......well most of the time! Like everyone else if walls could talk you'd hear some really good dirt on us.

I am thankful for our house especially after the year some of friends and neighbors have had during the flood.

Here's a great Italian Tossed Salad

Ingredients:
2 cups romaine lettuce - torn, washed and dried
1 cup torn escarole
1 cup torn radicchio
1 cup torn red leaf lettuce
1/4 cup chopped green onions
1/2 red bell pepper, sliced into rings
1/2 green bell pepper, sliced in rings
12 cherry tomatoes
1/4 cup grapeseed oil
2 tablespoons chopped fresh basil
1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
2 tablespoons lemon juice
salt and pepper to taste

Directions

1.In a large bowl, combine the romaine, escarole, radicchio, red-leaf, scallions, red pepper, green pepper and cherry tomatoes.

2.Whisk together the grapeseed oil, basil, vinegar, lemon juice and salt and pepper. Pour over salad, toss and serve immediately.

Every time I'm getting ready for my 6 month blood test; I always think about having cancer come back and how bad I wanna live till I'm old and gray with wrinkles and all that stuff.

I never used think so much about getting old - but now I do- In a good way!

I look at some older people and they look darn good-

I think to myself what makes an older person look good and I came up with these things:

The Sun of God

So I had a very interesting Sunday morning last Sunday. I haven't posted too much on God lately, but I have to share this.  At our church things have changed and at times change is hard and sometimes I feel a bit confused/lost.

Well when I was dealing with my cancer and treatment I had a lot of time to pray and I had some really happy moments- blessings. I actually believe God was with me and signs would pop up every so often.  When I first found out I had cancer I would go to healing mass and I would see people who I know where in tune to God.......I thought to myself "Why can't I see/feel what they see/feel?" So I read the bible and scriptures I was given at mass and when I felt like I would never get IT, I called my pastor and he told me to stick with it- so I did.

Eventually I felt peace within me REAL peace!  I became so in love with seeing the sun......now my cancer stuff all started around October so you wouldn't think of sunny days, but there were. I remember a few times crying/praying in my car and then this bolt of sun would appear and I would feel great peace. I knew it was God, but I never shared that with Rob. Sometimes it's hard to share things like that because it's hard to believe unless you've felt it yourself. So I kept it to myself.

Well Sunday morning Rob couldn't sleep so he got up and went to mass at 7:30 in the morning. We had one of our coldest nights. Rob came home and he told me something weird happened on his way home from church. He was thinking about a story my father had told him about church and then the sun came beaming out and it was so bright he couldn't see anything and he thinks he felt something.  He thought it was God- speaking to him.  When he came to me with this story I was so happy. We sat on our bed and I told him how that had happened to me a few times while driving in my car on days when I would drive with no radio just prayers and tears. We then discussed what it maybe meant- what was God's message to us.

We came up with this:
God is always with us no matter hard our struggle becomes down here.

Call to him and he will come.............

Rob drove the whole trip- and it wasn't an easy one- I'm so blessed to have him. We had a good time being together.

Today is Friday the 13th and receiving my blood test on such a day would maybe bring some hesitation/anxiety- BUT being I had my baby boy on a Friday the 13th- It's a heavenly thing for me.

Our home is little with a HUGE beating heart!

I know I complain about how small our place is and how cramped I feel- not too mention it's dry as dirt and the heat comes and goes as it pleases----Rob will kill me for saying that. BUT I do love it. It's cozy~ it's us. I have always been a person who could live happily in clutter. It's just comfy- it makes me feel good.

I realize my son has gotten that from me :(

As I've gotten older and have so much to do- organized and no clutter makes life so much easier!

I love to see other people's places - especially small places.

I recently see an article about a couple living in 500 square feet and it was nice- I loved their place.

Erin and Danny even manage to entertain in there home

I honestly don't know how I would feel in a larger space. Well I'm sure I could find to love it and fill it......wink wink Rob!

This story touched my heart - I haven't had a near death experience, but what he describes is very similar to a dream I had when I was sick. The feeling of "God" is so hard to describe, but you don't want it to end. I long for that feeling again. I really wish I could describe it, but when he spoke of it I knew he felt it too. I really want a rebounder-not sure which kind is best, but I want one for a few reasons:

The information in this article is pretty right on as we traveled this past week- I seen for myself a lot more carry-ons and not a lot of checking until boarding and beyond. I'm sure as the airlines catch onto to this it will become stricter- but until then.....

Five Ways to Avoid Airline Baggage Fees

Don't pay the airlines more than you have to

The holiday season is fast approaching again, and many of us will be traveling by plane to visit relatives. And with another season of holiday airline travel comes another round of getting hit with checked bag fees. The easiest advice for avoiding these fees is to simply carry on instead. But not everyone can do that, especially for longer trips or when there are kids involved. But before you let the extra traveling costs ruin your holiday cheer, there's hope for saving some cash. Here's a few tips to help everyone avoid bag fees

1. If your bag is close to (or slightly over) the size limit, attempt to carry it on. Every airline has a specified limit for the bag you can carry on. These dimensions max out at about 24" x 16" x 10" and 40 pounds on most airlines. But, in my experience, no one actually measures or checks this until you're either at the gate or attempting to put your bag in the overhead bin. If your bag doesn't fit, many airlines will "gate check" your bag, free of charge. If you think your bag might be slightly too big to carry on, wait until an airline employee forces you to check it and you'll often save yourself a bag fee.

2. Maximize your "personal item." Everyone is allowed to take a carry on bag (see dimensions above) and can also have a personal item, such as a purse or laptop. I bring a backpack as my personal item, and it holds my laptop plus extra items, like books, snacks, and even extra clothing. If you're trying to meet the size limit for a carry on item yet can't fit all of your things in that single bag, your personal item can free up some space. Typically, as long as your personal item can be stored under the seat in front of you, you won't have any problems getting it on. Worst case scenario: you're forced to gate-check your carry-on.

3. If you must check bags, reduce the number of bags by maximizing the size and weight. If you're a family of five with young kids, it's going to be a pain to try to carry on everything. But that doesn't mean that you have to check five bags and pay five bag fees. Airlines typically allow you to check a bag up to 50 pounds without having to pay an oversize bag fee, which can be hefty. Chances are that not everyone in your family or group is going to bring 50 pounds of stuff each (who wants to lug around that much stuff, anyway?) If your family or travel group has a lot of stuff, combine what you're packing into one or two bags to be checked and save three or four bag fees. Maximize the checked bag limitations and then carry on whatever is left.

4. Know which airlines don't charge bag fees. As this is written, Southwest and JetBlue are among the few carriers that don't charge for the first checked bag (Southwest doesn't charge for the second bag, either). Other domestic carriers charge between $20 and $30 for the first checked bag and even more for each bag beyond that, which means $40-60 extra on top of your ticket to fly round-trip. When booking flights, be mindful of this and pick the lowest price based what it will cost both you and your bags to fly. A simple Google search for your airline's policy will return the price per bag within seconds.

5. Consider ground shipping items if you're going to need several bags. Prices per bag go up drastically after your first checked bag (and reach ridiculous levels after the second one), so bringing Christmas gifts with you using extra luggage might not be worth it. Consider shipping via UPS or FedEx Ground, especially if your cargo is going to rack up a lot of extra baggage fees. Plus, it could be a lot more convenient and secure than lugging all your bags around the airport, too.

Just because airlines charge various fees doesn't mean you have to end up paying them. It simply means that those that utilize these a la carte offerings must pay for them. Planning ahead and developing a strategy can save you more than a few bucks on bag fees.

OK- sometimes the best gifts in life are free................for reals...lol.

Well I'm a pack rat, but when I was young I was a lot worse than I am now. So it's my best friend's birthday and she is so special to me NO gift ever seems good enough.

Flashback: 19something and we are kids. My friend likes a boy and yes he's cute, but can't spell worth a crap (OK- he misspelled one word) and my girlfriends are smarty pants and good spellers- SO we thought it was the funniest thing. Ever since then we would mock his misspelling and laugh and about it. Why?.....simple things like that made us laugh.....oh the good old days. girls!

Present day: I'm moving out of my house in Vestal and I find 2 little notes that he wrote her......why I saved them- NO idea- maybe I secretly liked the bad speller or maybe I kept the note to never spell that word wrong (I'm not the best speller myself). I actually had the note with the misspelling. I know she will freak out to see this note again and I'm sure she won't believe I still have it......SO it's the cheapest BEST gift ever. It's history- It's a memory and you CAN'T buy that. I'm so excited to ship out her gift.

Well it's been a while.................I have been following along on Raw Rebalance and I really love them over there. I'm trying add more Raw to my meals, but it's SO hard sometimes! BUT I am so happy to be on the program because there are so many inspiring people, ideas, and recipes on there. I have tried a RAW stir fry and that was good and I really like the RAW Cauliflower Popcorn.

I do like the Cauliflower cooked and roasted too. This recipe is for a Cauliflower Popcorn / Roasted.

Ingredients:

• 1 head cauliflower or 1 head equal amount of pre-cut commercially prepped cauliflower

• 4 tablespoons olive oil

• 1 teaspoon salt, to taste

Directions:

Preheat oven to 425 degrees.

Trim the head of cauliflower, discarding the core and thick stems; cut florets into pieces about the size of ping-pong balls.

In a large bowl, combine the olive oil and salt, whisk, then add the cauliflower pieces and toss thoroughly.

Line a baking sheet with parchment for easy cleanup (you can skip that, if you don't have any) then spread the cauliflower pieces on the sheet and roast for 1 hour, turning 3 or 4 times, until most of each piece has turned golden brown.

(The browner the cauliflower pieces turn, the more caramelization occurs and the sweeter they'll taste).

Serve immediately and enjoy!

St. Theresa giving me Grace

Well a couple of really special things happened.

{this is my St. Theresa picture and on it is a necklace of my grandmother on my nightstand}

Lately I have been thinking - Am I doing all I can with my life. I sometimes feel lonely for the extra time I had during treatment to actually have some deep prayer in my life. So I started asking God to please help me, because at times I feel lost.

So what comes in the mail:

How could this be that such a beautiful article "Transformation- truth blooming within us" comes to me in the mail with a rose on it. She is still with me and I love St. Theresa.

I am lost because I often wonder~ Am I doing the right stuff? ~

Maybe I am being transformed?

here is a portion of the article:
We go through dark nights of the senses and spirit. We experience loneliness, abandonment, doubts about whether we gave our best or did it right. We learn to trust and gain the wisdom of the second half of life that “everything is grace” – all is given by a gracious, generous and mysterious God Who always is present within and among us and unconditionally loves us. At times, we become like little children – dependent on others for care – even forgetful as we prepare to return to the Source of Life. Our lives are about endless, wonderful, mysterious transformation. Along the way, we can learn to be fearful and mistrustful. We can let others define us and transform us by their actions, presence or absence. We can be wounded by life – betrayed by others – and disillusioned by unmet expectations of ourselves and others, and God! Our needs get frustrated. Our hearts can become hardened. We can be transformed into cynics and negative people – changed from being the beloved daughters and sons of God. And the need to be transformed back to the child-like innocence we are born with and Jesus spoke about becomes more important and urgent for our basic humanity and holiness. Transformation becomes the challenge of being aware, embracing and listening to all that life gives us. Everything that happens within and around us is a gift from God. So many things happen that I often wonder about and I now see the Grace in them

~ Like the one night after work I needed to pick of 2 cooked chickens for a quick dinner. I got to the grocery store and there were no baskets- I thought great this is a sign that I'm probably not going to have a successful trip to the store. I continue....as I rushed to the chicken case I seen it wasn't full and couldn't even see one chicken. I thought please at least 1. As I got to the case there were 2. Then I thought great NO basket I should have gotten a cart.... I turn around someone had left an basket by the bread. I then thought to myself "Someone is watching out for". I can't help but think my grandmother is up there watching over me. I miss my Mimi. It was her birthday on Oct.13th and I had thought about going to mass, but at work things get going and I almost forgot until....... my mom mentioned that she would have liked to go to mass for the birthday. We looked at the time and we actually had time to go. At mass I couldn't help, but think that she was there with us. I've enjoy wearing her necklace- when I'm stressed I can grab it and feel better. I believe I feel Grace when I think of her.

~Another interesting story......before reading the article in Between Friends I had a real bad night I was so down about my myself and my body. I spent a bit of time in the bathroom just crying. I also have a personal matter that weighs heavy on my heart and at a loss of what to do about that situation. Rob did a good job of calming me down. That night I read the article "Transformation the truth blooming with us". The next day I woke up and decided I would make time for MYSELF and do some deep prayer. Right after my prayer I had a thought/idea of a letter so I immediately wrote down exactly what came to mind and I mailed it.....I was scared but I thought how could this be bad? I prayed and it came to me. So I went to get ready for the day. I found myself running into Walmart to get a few things and this big teddy bear kind of guy is walking out. He had these beautiuful blue eyes and silver hair- I thought I'm gonna smile today and this guy is gonna be my first one (I still wasn't feeling the smile stuff too much, but I thought I better push myself). Well to my surprise he smiled 1st and then you know what he said to me~ " I'm not as pretty as you, but I'm trying". Now I wasn't all dolled up because my little prayer session cut into my make up session so I honestly think he was some sort of angel for me that morning. I teared up as I walked in the store and then I felt an incredible high. Like the article said~ "Grace is Everywhere"

~Lucas was running for Student Council and I asked St. Theresa to watch over him as he went to school and attempted to hang posters. After the election driving home Lucas and I were talking and he was telling me how he prayed for the election. I told him- That's great you prayed. I mentioned to him that even when I was sick I prayed mostly for strength to deal with what ever out come shall be. But I did also ask for more time to do good. I said to him you can't recieve something unless you ask. I also told him that when we pray God will give us what is best and that may not always be what we want. Grace was there that day in my car.

~Rob had his own little problem he was dealing with and the one day he was on the phone with a man and briefly explained his situation. Now this man wasn't a friend, Rob has never even actually met the man. The man went on to talk with Rob and he told him to pray. He told him to let it go and pray. He also told him that he was going to say a prayer as well. Sometimes I'm afraid to talk prayer and God with people, but what an inspiration this man was. Grace over the phone.

~Driving into the parking lot at Olive Garden I seen 4 people holding each other with their heads down- they were praying. Grace was there.

I hope you find your grace today- and if not do ask for it because HE does deliver.

It's out there- WE just have to open our eyes.

Whenever I see a movie and it has breast cancer in it I tend to not like watching it. IT pretty much just hurts. I'm going to tune in tonight and watch FIVE- because I'm hoping it has a message of HOPE.
It's on Lifetime tonight at 9- I hope someone will watch it with me......I think the guys are watching some Chopper show. We'll see.

I really do love it....it was time

I have also started a blog that is devoted to my life with my foob.....I will focus on foob dressing and staying healthy while dealing with moving on after losing a breast to cancer. It's called PlanetFoob.

I used to think foob stood for fake boob, but that terms seems to be already taken. I know now that those girls out there with "fake boobs"....they aren't fake they are real and just bigger. What I have, now that's fake it has no function other than making me look good in clothes........so I think foob should mean "fashion boob". I have a better understanding why a girl might want her boobs enhanced. I now see how very special breasts are and I be lying if I said I didn't miss my girl. I do also know how very small a part of me they are. It's bittersweet to fight cancer so hard that you would give up something so special.

I love my fashion boob- I do!

I'm really hoping with Planetfoob I can find some beautiful bras for fashion boobs and post them. I hope someday girls with both boobs will look at us girls with fashion boobs and say, "Where did you get that bra?"

Pita Pizza

I love this super easy dinner- Pita Pizzas
I usually take a pita drizzle olive oil on it
cut up a tomato
cut up some fresh mozzarella (buffalo) cheese
top the pita with toms and cheese
sprinkle some Italian seasoning or just salt and pepper
put it under the broiler
pick some fresh basil leaves
the pita will brown fairly quickly
get it out of the oven and top with the basil
basil can't go under the broiler- doesn't taste good.

I looked around the web and found this low fat version:

Pita Pizza with Roasted Red Pepper Sauce and Mozzarella

YOU'LL NEED:

½ cup jarred roasted red peppers (in water, drained)

2 tsp. olive oil

1 Tbsp. balsamic vinegar

1 whole-grain pita, split into 2 thin rounds

½ cup baby spinach

2 slices part-skim mozzarella

2 Tbsp. chopped fresh basil

Preheat broiler. In a blender or with a hand blender, puree peppers, oil and vinegar until smooth. Spread on pita and top with spinach and cheese. Broil until cheese is bubbling, about 8 minutes. Top with basil.

Our garden is coming to a close- I finally picked all the tomatoes and pulled the plants out. :(

My parsley, basil and rosemary are growing strong. I love bringing in my parsley and putting it in some water so that when I need it is super fresh! YUM.

It's been crazy around here and at times things so bad. The weather has been bad for Rob's work and then all the flooding, it's easy to get down on things.

Rob has gone to mass during the day a couple of times- I believe looking for guidance. He has a lot of faith and it's nice when he goes and comes back with something for me.

The other day he spoke of Father talking about the Blessed Mother; and the next time we think we have it so bad think about her. Think about how she had to watch as they nailed her son to the cross.

See I was raised Catholic and attended Catholic school right from 1st to 12th grade so I have a pretty good knowledge of my religion. Rob on the other hand is learning more and more and asking me questions and sometimes I know the answer and sometimes I don't. It's so refreshing to me and it keeps me up on my stuff. It's nice we share what we learn with each other and there is always more to learn or more to remember that we may have forgotten. Rob was so taken with the idea of the Mother watching her son crucified that he had to share it with me. I am so blessed.

So today at the grocery store I bought flowers and was able to decorate my Mother Mary's crown with some pretty green buds. I love her so much and I will keep her in mind when I want to complain or get down on things.

Even if you are not Catholic you can relate to a Mother's love for her son and her son being put to death. What incredible love she had to be there for him through it all. Could I ever do that? It's unbelievable.

I love this prayer my mother told me about:

Saturday I always think of weddings and wonder who is getting married today and how is it going..........is she maybe wearing a fishtail braid?

Well I have a lot to be thankful for, but can I have little fun with the small things I think about and give thanks for:

I'm so thankful for my eye lashes- I LOVE them! I love putting on loads and load of mascara! I'm so excited that spider lashes are in style!

I love my Salt Pig! I think this is the cutest and coolest kitchen thing I've bought in a long time.
I found my salt pig at HomeGoods and I seen them at TJMaxx.

I love Fridays and weekends................I love that I live near a little town called Greene and they will have an apple festival this Saturday~ 9-4 at Lions Park.

It's an apple festival so it will be smelling of fall and apples- Yahoo!

Veggie Wedgie Wednesday

Little Deere PolkaDots in the Broccoli Woods..

Roasted Broccoli
Alton Brown of Food Network

Ingredients:

1 pound broccoli, rinsed and trimmed

2 tablespoons olive oil

2 cloves garlic, minced

1/2 teaspoon kosher salt

1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

1/3 cup panko bread crumbs

1/4 cup finely grated Parmesan or sharp Cheddar

Well this dish was suppose to be done with panko, but because I was trying to cut out gluten I used this:

Directions:

Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
Cut the broccoli florets into bite size pieces. Cut the stalk into 1/8-inch thick, round slices. Place the broccoli into a mixing bowl and toss with the olive oil, garlic, kosher salt and pepper and set aside.

Spread the panko into a 13 by 9-inch metal cake pan and place into the oven for 2 minutes or until lightly toasted. Remove the panko from the oven and add to the bowl with the broccoli mixture. Toss to combine. Return the mixture to the cake pan, place in the oven and roast just until the broccoli is tender, 8 to 10 more minutes. Remove from the oven, toss in the cheese and serve immediately.

We really loved this recipe and it was SUPER simple! I bet it tastes even better with the panko.

Rob had his with pasta and our very own tomatoes and basil.

I need a couple of easy going kids to dress.......I miss dressing my boy. lol

Lucas dresses himself, but even when I did dress him he was fussy. No seams and everything soft and NON-itchy!

Our community has experienced the worse flood in a long time.

Our home on rte 369 Port Crane~ only ground water in basement and we were able to keep it down

Maggie not sure what to think

Our rental home in Vestal NY~ lost a shed and 2 nice trees to the creek and a good chunk of back yard~tenants keep basement pumped~ they were with out gas yesterday, but cooking out on grill when I stopped. Operating their business office out of the basement~hoping there business will be OK.
Storage unit on Service road~ surrounded by water but didn't get touched
Lucas' new desk and credenza we were suppose to be picked up on Wednesday when the flood was starting to take effect. Not sure on how Sam's Club made out ~ lotta water around there.

We are so blessed ~ So many had to leave their homes~

Our Community didn't need this.

Our boots are dry for now but the coming days we will be putting on our boots and helping with clean-up.
